This group is for those who would like to not just get skinny. But, those who wish to get healthy! We will walk, walk, and well walk some more. We can do yoga, stretch, and for those who have passes to the YMCA we can swim, and work out, play racquet ball and more. Dont have a pass, Dont have the money to buy one. This group is looking to make changes to their lives, both personal and business, to increase their enjoyment of their life. It is lead by national speaker, coach and mentor Paul Finck. The group meets at a 3-day event called Mindset Mastery Experience. This group meets multiple times a year in Orlando, usually every 3-4 months.
